Author Biography

Ricardo José Brügger Cardoso, Federal University of Recôncavo da Bahia, Brazil

He is an Architect and Urbanist, Doctor in Performing Arts, and teaches and researches at the Center for Culture, Languages and Applied Technologies (CECULT), at the Federal University of Recôncavo da Bahia. He develops and guides research in the areas of Theater, Culture, City and Urban Social Policies.
