Abstract

When I received the invitation to write this text, I had already in mind that it would only be possible to speak about the proposed theme from a reflection of my own career in architecture and urbanism, as I've been thinking about the organization of contemporary urban space.

Author Biography

Rodrigo José Firmino, Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná

He is an architect, PhD in Urban and Regional Planning and professor of Urban Management at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná. He is a founder of the latin-american network for studies about surveillance.
